Ordering
When you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirming that it’s been received.
Your order becomes binding once payment has been accepted and we’ve sent a confirmation email.
If we’re unable to fulfil your order (for example, if an item is out of stock or pricing was incorrect), we’ll contact you promptly and issue a full refund.
Payment
All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Payment is taken securely at checkout using our approved payment providers.
Orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
Delivery
We dispatch orders from the United Kingdom within 2–3 working days (unless stated otherwise).
Delivery times will vary depending on your location and the postal service used.
You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
We can’t be held responsible for delays caused by postal services or circumstances beyond our control, but we’ll always do our best to help if there’s an issue.
Returns & Refunds
If you change your mind, you can return your item within 14 days of receiving it.

Personalised items
Personalised or custom-made items are created especially for you and can’t be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
