We understand plans change — and that sometimes, what arrives isn’t quite what you expected.
Here’s how returns work with care.
If you change your mind
You’re welcome to return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
Simply email hello@pagesofmotherhood.co.uk with your order number so we can guide you through the process.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.

Returns should be posted within 14 days of letting us know.

Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Once we’ve received and checked your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 7 working days.
If something arrives damaged or faulty
Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@pagesofmotherhood.co.uk with photos of the issue.
We’ll put it right quickly — offering a replacement or full refund, at no cost to you.
Exchanges
We don’t currently offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new one through our shop.
Personalised items
Because personalised pieces are made just for you, they can’t be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
How to send your return
After emailing us, we’ll confirm the return address and next steps.
We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we can’t be responsible for parcels lost in transit.
Refund timeline
You’ll receive an email once your return has been processed.
Refunds usually appear in your account within 5–10 working days, depending on your payment provider.
